Our Commitment to cyber reslience
Allan Webb Limited has signed the UK Government’s Cyber Resilience Pledge.
As a trusted partner in the UK defence supply chain, we treat cyber resilience as a core operational responsibility, not a compliance exercise. The Pledge is a voluntary commitment, developed by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, that asks organisations to take three practical actions with an immediate, positive impact on their resilience to cyber attacks. By signing, we are formalising standards we already hold ourselves to and reinforcing the assurance our customers and partners rightly expect.
In taking the Pledge, we commit to:
- Making cyber security a Board responsibility — implementing the Government’s Cyber Governance Code of Practice and ensuring our Board completes the NCSC’s cyber governance training.
- Signing up to the NCSC’s Early Warning service — so we receive timely alerts about threats and vulnerabilities affecting our systems.
- Requiring Cyber Essentials across our supply chain — auditing coverage and asking the same baseline standards of our suppliers that we hold ourselves.
These commitments build on an already mature security posture, including Cyber Essentials Plus and independently certified ISO 27001, ISO and ISO 9001 management systems, and support our progression towards Defence Cyber Certification (DCC) Level 3.
