Next year Allan Webb Ltd will be turning 60! To kick-start the celebrations a little early, we wanted to take a moment to show appreciation to the longest serving members of our team.
Lorraine Griffin recently celebrated her 30th anniversary with us, bringing the exclusive membership of 30+ year employees to eight. Current members also include Steve Rigsby, Martin Lewis, Gareth Jones, Sian Boakes, Iain Laws, Sally Laws and Tim Herbert.
Ranging from Naval Parts Cataloguers and Illustrators to our Quality department, the team have been ever present in shaping Allan Webb throughout their tenure.
“As we continue to progress and diversify, being able to draw upon decades’ worth of experience has been vital in ensuring that our performance remains consistently high in quality,” said Steve Rigsby, Managing Director of Allan Webb. “Whilst we are always looking to bring in new talent and foster innovation, it is important that the company’s ethos and values remain true”.
Having been at Allan Webb almost 40 years himself, Steve invited the team to the boardroom to reminisce over refreshments and a slice of cake.
