Allan Webb Wins Type A & B Cataloguing and Codification Contract

Allan Webb Ltd is delighted to announce that it has been awarded the Type A & B Cataloguing and Codification Contract with the UK Ministry of Defence for the Authoring, Cataloguing, Codification and Illustration Service for Maritime Technical Documentation. 

The result of the recent tender sees the continuation of a service that Allan Webb has been providing for circa 33 years and is a prime example of Allan Webb’s continued maritime technical support capability and expertise. The contract will be delivered over the next five years, with the option of a one year extension, primarily out of Allan Webb’s Stonehouse offices by a dedicated team of cataloguing and codification engineers, further supported by a team of technical authors and illustrators.

Under this contract, Allan Webb will be providing a centralised service for the maintenance, storage, access, publication, distribution and amendment of maritime technical publications pertaining to Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPCs); Provisioning Schedules (PSs) and Spare Gear Lists (SGLs).
