This Awareness level course introduces the NATO Codification System to a new user or to someone who requires a basic level knowledge of the overarching principles of the process. It introduces the aims, objectives and structure of the NATO Codification System (NCS) and gives a practical demonstration of its use, definition of items, risks of duplication and how it interfaces with the supply chain.
